I ordered a pond filter and a few fittings, and everything arrived in good condition, so no complaints about the actual products. The only downside was the delivery date changing once, and I didn’t really hear much until I followed up myself.
As someone who tends to plan jobs around the weekend, that was a bit frustrating. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not very predictable. I’d probably order again, but not if I needed something quickly

I had a bad experience in the store. The staff came across as rude and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. I don’t expect anything special, but basic kindness and respect go a long way when someone is just trying to shop or ask a simple question.

I was happy with my order from Marquis Water Gardens. The website was easy enough to use, and everything arrived in good condition. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, I’d probably order from them again

"Good shop, but stock was hit or miss"
I was in a determined mood trying to get all my pond supplies ordered in one go, and I did find most of what I needed. The site was easy enough to use, but a few things were out of stock or not available in the size I wanted. It got a little frustrating because I just wanted to finish the order without having to come back later. I’d still check the shop again, but I do wish the availability info was kept a bit more up to date.

Got my order and yeah, most of it was right, but one item wasn’t what I actually picked. Kinda annoying, not gonna lie. I reached out and they got it fixed, but it took a little longer than I was hoping. Overall, not a huge deal, just a bit of a hassle...

"Checkout was a total headache"
I tried placing an order, but the whole checkout circus kept freezing and then randomly emptied my cart. The payment page was its own confusing little mess too. After about 20 minutes of dealing with it, I just gave up. Definitely not worth the hassle.

I had a disappointing experience with customer service. It took a while to get replies, and when they did respond, the answers weren’t very clear or helpful. What bothered me most was that nobody really seemed to take ownership of the issue, I kept feeling like I was being passed around or left to sort it out myself. The products might be okay, but the support side definitely made the whole experience frustrating.

I had a problem with my pond pump after a few months, so I reached out to Marquis about the warranty. They got back to me quickly, asked for a couple of pictures and my proof of purchase, and then just got it sorted without turning it into a huge hassle. I really appreciated not having to keep chasing them down. Solid support, and I’d definitely use them again...

I was a little unsure at first, but I ended up trusting them and my order showed up just fine. Everything went smoothly, so I’d probably order again. That said, if they ever start slipping on delivery or communication, I’d definitely take my business somewhere else.

"Filter was kind of a letdown"
I really wanted this filter to work well, and at first I thought maybe it was doing okay. But it clogged up way faster than I expected and my pond water still looked cloudy. I kept having to clean it out, which got annoying really quick. Maybe it would be fine for a smaller setup, I don’t know, but for me it just didn’t do the job. Disappointing overall.

I’m not trying to be dramatic, but the curbside pickup was a mess. I waited way longer than I should have, and when I finally got someone’s attention, it seemed like nobody even knew my order was there. I get that places get busy, but I had already checked in and did what I was supposed to do, so it was frustrating.

"Decent pond supplies, but I don’t fully count on it anymore"
I’ve found some nice pond items here and when they have what I need, it’s usually good. The problem is the selection really seems to depend on the season. Sometimes the exact thing I’m looking for is out of stock or just hard to find, which gets frustrating after a while. I still check here, but I don’t really trust that they’ll have what I need every time anymore. Overall it’s okay, I just wish the variety was more consistent year-round...
